1. TECHNICIAN (DIPLOMA) APPRENTICES

 Period of Training : 1 Year
Qualification : Diploma Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil,
Instrumentation, Chemical and Computer
Eligibility : A Pass in Diploma, should not have completed more
than 3 years after passing Diploma as on 31-03-2015
Age limit for Diploma Engineering is 23 years as on 01-01-2015.

2. TRADE APPRENTICES

a) Attendant Operator-Chemical Plant (AOCP)

Period of Training : 1 ½ Year
Qualification : B.Sc. Chemistry Main - Physics & Maths subsidiary
Age limit for AOCP is 25 years as on 01-01-2015.

b) Instrument Mechanic-Chemical Plant (IMCP)

 Period of Training : 1 ½ Year
Qualification : B.Sc. Physics Main - Chemistry & Maths subsidiary.
Age limit for IMCP is 25 years as on 01-01-2015.

c) Fitter, Machinist, Welder, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, Mechanic Motor

Vehicle, COPA, Plumber, Mechanic Diesel
Period of Training : 1 Year (All Trades except Plumber & Mechanic
Diesel Trade. Period of Training for Plumber &
Mechanic Diesel Trade is 2 years).
Qualification : ITI Trade Certificate in Fitter, Machinist, Welder,
Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, Mechanic Motor
Vehicle, COPA, Plumber, Mechanic Diesel.
Eligibility : A Pass in the relevant ITI / ITC Trade
Age limit for the above Trade Apprentice is 23 years as on 01.01.2015.

Interview : Candidates who have been shortlisted in the examination for CRPSPL-IV will subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by the Participating Organisations and coordinated by the nodal banks with the help of IBPS. Interviews will be conducted at select centres. The centre, address of the venue, time & date of Interview will be informed to the shortlisted candidates in the call letter. Candidates are required to download their interview call letters from authorised IBPS websitewww.ibps.in. Please note that any request regarding change in date, centre etc. of interview will not be entertained. However the conducting agencies reserve the right to change the date/ venue/ time/ centre etc. of interview or hold supplementary process for particular date / session / venue / centre / set of candidates at its discretion, under unforeseen circumstances, if any. The total marks allotted for Interview are 100. Selection Process : a. Final selection will be made on the basis of performance in the online test and interview taken together. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms does not entitle a candidate to be called for test or interview. b. The test will be online objective type, consisting of (i) General Awareness (ii) General English (iii)Quantitative Aptitude (iv)Reasoning Ability (v)Marketing Aptitude /Computer Knowledge. The questions in objective tests, except for the test of General English, will be bilingual i.e., English &Hindi. Each test will be of 40 marks. For these objective type tests of total 200 marks candidates will be given a composite time of 2Hours 15minutes.  There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests. 1/4th mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. Candidateswill have to pass in each of the objective tests. The passing marks in each of the tests will be decided by the Bank on the basis of the performance of all the competing candidates taken together in each test to a minimum required level. Candidates are also required to score a minimum percentage marks on aggregate (For SC/ST/OBC/PWD/XS candidates, 5% relaxation  available thereon) for being considered for interview. Minimum percentage marks on aggregate will be decided by the bank.

Pre Exam Training : The Associate Banks may arrange pre-examination training at certain centres for SC/ST/XS/Religious Minority Community candidates in consonance with the guidelines issued by Government of India. Candidates belonging to the above categories who desire to avail themselves of such training at their own cost may indicate to that effect against relevant column while registering the application online. List of training centres given below is indicative. The concerned Bank has a discretion to conduct training at some additional centres or the Bank may delete some of the centres indicated for training. Candidates opting for pre-examination training can download their Call Letters for training after 29.12.2014 by entering his/her registration number and password/date of birth.
